Those of you who were in church this morning know that Russ Wilson, AGC West Superintendent, suffered a seizure during the service and was transported to hospital by ambulance.
Russ regained consciousness in the ambulance on the way to the hospital and progressively began to feel “human again” in the hour or so after arriving at the hospital. All tests done at the hospital came back clear.
Russ has been released from hospital and is back at our house (Pastor Tim and Susan’s.) Thank you to everyone for all your prayers for Russ and to those who assisted before and after the ambulance arrived at the church.
We praise God that Russ’ seizure did not happen while he was driving down from Chemainus. Even though this was a difficult experience for all present, we are confident that God will bring about blessings for His Kingdom out of it.
Let’s continue to pray for Russ and Sue Wilson as they process these events and as Russ follows up with his doctor in Kelowna.
